The Residence at Silver Square in Dover, NH Makes Donations to Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses and Dover Senior Community Center
On February 28th, the Residence at Silver Square (www.residencesilversquare.com), owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, made two donations of $750, one to Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses in Portsmouth, NH and the other to Dover Senior Community Center in Dover, NH. The community is set to open in fall 2017.
The Residence at Silver Square will include independent Living, assisted Living, and Reflections memory care residences for local seniors.
The donations were presented by Heidi Morrison, the Sales and Marketing Director of the Residence at Silver Square. The donation to Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses will cover a new paint job for the Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse. The organization maintains the Lighthouse in order to preserve it as an important historical landmark.
Ms. Morrison presented the donation to Dover Senior Community Center during a visit to the building. “We had lengthy discussions about the Dover area, the Community Center and how we can all work together in the future,” says Ms. Morrison regarding the visit.
Independent Living residents at The Residence at Silver Square will have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served “Anytime Dining” style on-site, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and other services.
The community will also include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
LCB Senior Living was founded in 2010 by CEO Michael Stoller and President Stephen Puliafico. Headquartered in Norwood, MA, LCB currently operates 22 communities throughout New England, and is developing several more.
