LCB Senior Living has received Planning Board approval to construct The Residence at Melrose Station, located at the Corner of Essex and Willow Streets in downtown Melrose, MA. The 86,000 s/f, 90-apartment building will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and will feature a Reflections Memory Care wing.
The residence will also include a variety of common areas: living rooms, library, computer room, private dining, entertainment, recreation, cafes and others. The landscaped grounds will include walking paths for residents, sitting areas, gardens and other amenities.
Construction is expected to commence in the winter of 2015/16, and be completed in the spring of 2017.
