My mom is a resident in the Reflections area of the Residence and she is just thriving there! The assistants that work back there under Jenn are all so loving and compassionate! There are stimulating activities and downtime for the residents. I am so glad she is safe and well cared for

I visited this facility
The Residence at Voorhees was very, very good. We brought my mother with us for that tour. The staff was very good, very professional, and friendly. We had lunch there, which was very good. That place was very nice. They had a common area, and the studio unit was nice. The cost is the drawback though.

We toured The Residence at Voorhees. It was small, and the employees there knew the residents. The room has a living room, a bedroom, and a mini kitchen with a sink, cabinets, and a microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of good advice. We had a couple of lunches, and the food was good.
My mom has marked her 3 month anniversary at Residence at Vorhees! She has Alzheimer’s Dementia and was resistant to any kind of assisted care. She is now thriving! She smiles, is engaged in activities all day long, goes on outings, gained weight because of the amazing chef at the restaurant, made friends and takes her medicine consistently which has helped her memory and word retrieval difficulties. The staff is kind, knowledge, fun and supportive. Thank you for making my mom happy again and giving her family piece of mind that she is safe and living a full life again!
Wanted to share my experience on my recent visit to The Residence at Voorhees.
My history with the community dates back 10 years ago with another company.
It was great to see Ron the Director of Maintenance and Janet the Business Office Manager still there after more than 10 years! The Executive Director, Tina York, was someone else who I’d known at the community in a different role that had been promoted (rightfully so!).
The final part of my “tour”, was when Tina introduced me to the Director of Dining, who was also at the community 10 years ago in a different role, now promoted.
I was so impressed with how Tina and her team have taken this lovely community of people and made it a family.

The Residence at Voorhees is a lovely Assisted Living Community! The building (inside and out) is well kept and beautiful. The team is caring, compassionate and welcoming. Tina, Josephine, Janet and Jeannine as well as other team Members are an absolute pleasure to be around. It is so apparent they love what they do and are great at doing it. Residents appear to be very well cared for, happy and always engaged in wonderful activities. I highly recommend this Community.
I have had the privilege of working with the staff of The Residence in Voorhees for many years now and my clients living there could not be happier. One client was a resident ambassador, another resident I finally got to see settled in and smiling where this had been hard to find in years past. The moment you step in the doorway, you are not just greeted in a lobby, but welcomed into the “family room” of your loved one’s homes! From activities, like choir practice, crafting clubs, live entertainers and book reading, to beautiful ceremonies and presentations, it is not just a large room but a quality of life that is given to all who get to call this beautiful community a home and the staff there should be extremely proud!

My mother became a resident 6 months ago. She was very unsure and nervous. My mom has blossomed here. From day one everyone knows her name and welcomed her with open arms. They draw her into each activity and make sure she is well taken care of.Larry cracks her up and we love his humor and compassion. All the staff are wondeful!
What a wonderful place to work! The residents are like family and I'm happy to call the associates not only my co-workers, but my friends. I'm grateful to work for a company that fully supports the engagement program and prides itself on offering the BEST opportunities for our residents to continue to thrive, learn, grow and have the most fun doing while it. Our Thursday happy hours are the best around and there's no other place I'd rather be on a Thursday at 2:30pm.
It will be 4 months since I got hired and I love the way they treat the residents as their top priority, the house keeping is amazing, and it's rewarded to have met them all and my pleasure in being able to give great care and service, as for managers and bosses I am happy to say that Mrs. Tina works her best ability for the residents and employees. I am happy to work here, and Mrs. Julie is an amazing nurse, as well as nurse Mia , Mrs. Janet. HR on the other hand can answer any questions and concerns because they are willing to help, also my mentors that trained me are still willing to answer any questions, they were amazing. Harriet and Kelly were my mentors. While the great Aid's, Ella, anez, and Jenifer, thank you ladies for all!!!. Also can't forget the Med Tech's, Mrs. Nia, Ms. Tia, Ms. Nordia. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing even with the kitchen department, I love it here.
Staff very attentive, lots of activities, good food, other residents friendly and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful lobby!
Wonderful staff !!! Pleasure to work with Tina and Lilly. Have enjoyed working with the staff. There are many activities for the residents and the residents are well cared for.
My mom has been there for 6 weeks. The staff there are extremely nice. They have activities and trips everyday. The residence is kept very clean.
We love The Residence at Voorhees! This facility provides wonderful care to its residents. The facility is very clean, staff is very friendly and just an overall great environment!
I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone interested in its services. We chose this community because of the communication with the Sales Manager , [name removed] and the way she tirelessly answered all of our questions and concerns. They also have a great system for transition from rehab to permanent residence.
When choosing an assistant living community, it’s so important to choose the right one. The Residence of Voorhees community was clean and rooms were nicely spaced.
Josephine, the Director of Sales, was extremely helpful.
She was attentive, compassionate, and understanding. She explained everything; I felt like I mattered. She was absolutely wonderful. If you’re ever in need of an assistant living community, start your search there. You will be happy you did.

The staff are so caring and upbeat. The atmosphere is one of positivity and nurturing. My cousin is thriving. Cheryl is an exceptional, director who is extremely hands on. She doesn’t shy away from interacting with residents. Her care and affection for them is evident. They are lucky to have her.
