LCB Senior Living Begins Construction on The Residence at Chadds Ford, A Brand New Community in Chadds Ford, PA
January 23rd: LCB Senior Living, LLC is pleased to announce that construction has begun on the company’s newest senior living community, The Residence at Chadds Ford, which will be located at 1170 Wilmington West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford Township, PA. The community is LCB’s first to be built within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The Residence at Chadds Ford will be a state-of-the-art, 92,000 s/f building and will feature 84 independent, assisted and memory care living apartments for local seniors.
Independent Living residents at The Residence at Chadds Ford will have private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, three nutritious meals prepared and served daily, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full engagement program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted Living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and other services.
The community will also include LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
