NORWOOD, MA –  February 20, 2019.  LCB Senior Living, LLC (, the Norwood, Massachusetts-based, developer and operator of luxury independent, assisted and memory care communities for seniors, has announced that it will assume management of two senior living communities owned by McNeil Real Estate Group: Traditions of Wayland in Wayland, MA, and  Traditions of Dedham, located in Dedham, MA . “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be managing these two fine properties,” commented LCB CEO Michael A. Stoller.  “They are very much in keeping with the quality communities that LCB develops and operates,  and we’re looking forward to leading them to continued growth and success.”

Traditions of Dedham has 95 apartments offering a blend of Independent, Assisted and Memory Care living.  Traditions is a classic New England-style building on wooded grounds with easy proximity to downtown Dedham and Route 128.

Traditions of Wayland offers a mix of 76 Independent, Assisted and Memory Care apartments in a variety of configurations, and is situated on the grounds of the historic Paine Estate, including the original mansion, which was previously restored.  Its location offers easy access to regional amenities, along with a broad spectrum of services.

Established in 2011, LCB owns and operates 19 communities throughout Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.  In addition to managing these two new properties, the company has four communities under construction in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, and several others undergoing permitting.
