Marketing Philosophy

LCB Senior Living has proven experience in operating assisted living facilities throughout the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic states.  This success is based on a consistent strategy which has been applied to all of the company’s facilities.

Marketing is the key to success in leasing up and achieving stabilized operations.  To that end, senior management requires full and detailed weekly reporting from the Executive Director of each facility.  Corporate and regional marketing staff establish outreach goals together, which then become the “roadmap” to success.  Weekly meetings are  held to review results, and to focus efforts and staff on accomplishing lease-up objectives.

LCB actively instills a sense of urgency in all facility and corporate staff with regard to these marketing efforts.

LCB is dedicated to community-based assisted living in order to create strong relationships and referral networks within the host community and primary market.  These relationships include acute care service providers, health care networks, senior service centers, discharge planners, nursing home operators and religious/other local affinity groups.  This community focus includes providing space for and encouraging local organizations to conduct programs and other activities within the facility, such as education, spiritual and civic meetings.

The company’s concentration on service-oriented independent and assisted living that is  affordable to  the middle market characterizes all of its marketing activities.
