Costs

When deciding on a senior living option, there are many things that contribute to the value you receive for your monthly rent. Our staffing ratios are higher than a typical senior living community to ensure that your loved one receives the specialized attention that they require in their daily life. While there are tangible benefits such as a private apartment, three chef-prepared meals per day, transportation, daily engagement activities, 24-hour staffing & security and more, there are many less tangible but highly valuable aspects as well.

Great Care is Our Hallmark!

We specialize in providing expert care services. From support with activities of daily living (ADL) such as walking escorts, bathing, dressing or toileting, to more extensive needs, we tailor care to each individual to make life easier and more fulfilling.

  • Personalized care plans to meet daily needs
  • Medication management and administration
  • Crushed medications
  • Oxygen assistance
  • Support and coordination of advanced care needs (with third parties)
  • All associates certified by the National Institute for Dementia Education (NIDE)
  • A continuum of care to meet evolving needs
  • And more!

I loved it. My husband was there for two weeks, and he had been to other places, so I had things to compare them with. They were very friendly and very helpful. They were also very well trained and very cooperative with the fact that my loved one was going downhill in his disease progression. Even after he left, the people were very friendly and outgoing, and they were helpful to me in clearing up all of his situations. Compared to the other places he had been, I would rank The Lighthouse at Lincoln the highest.

I can't say enough about the level of care, warmth and engagement at Lighthouse. Naturally, we were nervous about placing my mother in a new residence, but rest assured, Lighthouse is amazing. ALL of the staff members are so kind, attentive and genuinely care about all of the residents. The activities that they have for the residents are so well planned and engaging for all walks of life. A huge factor that differentiates Lighthouse is that it was built solely for memory care/ dementia care, so the physical layout is so thoughtfully planned (not just a converted memory care floor or wing of an assisted living facility). There are secured outdoor grounds and plenty of room for comfort. Truly a special and wonderful place!

Dear Lynn and Jodi, We would like to take this time to absolutely praise all the staff. Please accept our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care for our mother, Elfrida D’Andrea. The many staff members in the Oak neighborhood created such a caring environment with such an impeccably high standard of care, delivered with such warmth. Mom came to Lighthouse in June of 2015 after being diagnosed with moderate dementia. Lighthouse became home for almost seven years until her passing on March 4th. From the beginning mom was very resistant to the new atmosphere, which you all assisted her to settle in. Your special skill helping her to engage in the many activities was fulfilling to her and comforting to us knowing she was happy. Mom was especially fond of the caregiver “Nef”, she always lit up when he was present- Thank You for that. We knew that upon leaving after a visit she was in good hands, always. As the disease accelerated to the advanced stage, her care became much more personal. The transition to this additional level of care was smooth and efficient. Nearing the end, comfort care measures were necessary and hospice care was added. During the 8 days in the care of hospice, your staff was more than attentive to all of us. From the every half- hour staff check to the multiple daily food carts brought into the room. Upon moms passing we were deeply grateful for the prayer vigil with the staff, given by Jodi. We will always remember this special moment. Thank you for all your care and support. Gratefully, The Family of Elfrida D’Andrea

The level of care at this Memory Care Community is exceptional. The utmost of care and consideration is given on all levels for the resident from the person that greets you at the front door to the nurses, C.N.A.s , David, and the financial director. I could have made a better decision. Thank you Lighthouse.

I have nothing but high praise for the Lighthouse at Lincoln. It was a difficult decision to place my father in an assisted living facility but we couldn’t have made a better choice. The Lighthouse has lived up to our expectations in every way. The program for the memory impaired is well developed and particular praise goes to the Reflections Director whose warmth and creativity are impressive. The staff is very responsive to requests and did a wonderful job keeping in touch during the Covid lockdown.

A nice place but please note, I wouldn't send a loved one there if there are a fall risk. My mom fell numerous times there.

The Lighthouse has been a haven for my mom who is 79 with dementia. The staff is wonderful. When problems do arise they are quick to step in and resolve in a patient and compassionate manner. The administrative staff is excellent: compassionate, efficient and resourceful. They also encourage playfulness which has helped my mom because she was a very disciplined type A personality kind of woman.

We chose The Lighthouse because it was covid free at the time and we needed placement quickly. She has not been out of the facility since she has been here, they do not have many activities for the residents. It is hard to rate these during covid because it may be completely different otherwise, but overall I would recommend.

I can rest easy now that my loved one is at the Lighthouse at Lincoln. The memory care unit in Milford was an absolute nightmare, lousy processed food, always understaffed, very few staff members that really cared about his wellbeing. By comparison Lighthouse has wonderful caring staff members who go the extra mile to provide the best care. So many activities that help spark the mind, really appetizing meals as well as support for family. Placing my loved one in the care of these wonderful people was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never worry when I leave him after a visit, he’s in the best place possible at this stage of his Alzheimer’s disease. Love you guys

I was very impressed by the actual physical appearance of The Lighthouse Inn facility. Materials used were high end, with a light/bright appeal. However when I took into account the fees at this facility it was clear there was a premium cost to accompany the appeal. Their all inclusive fee, was not quite "all" and I could imagine that any long term stay could become very pricey. If appearance is key to your selection then this facility would suit you/your family member well.

The place was spotless. Everything is bright, clean, and cheerful. The food is so good, his ankles used to be puffy, but after eating the fresh food that the chef prepares at lighthouse, they have gone down dramatically. His laundry is done individually and everything is put back into place. Since COVID, they are doing outside visits with friends and family, they provide shields and masks for the residents. They do activities from right after breakfast until later in the day. They provide a lot of activities that stimulate the residents minds. They are home to me too. The staff is wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about lighthouse.

We are very happy with the decision to place my husband here. The community is always spotless; I have never seen anything that I would critique. The staff does a good job with working with the residents and relating to them. The care giving staff was very accommodating with my husband's dietary needs and they were very accommodating with his doctor's request to increase the protein in his diet. Comparable to all the other communities that offer similar levels of care, we feel The Lighthouse is a good value.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about The Lighthouse. They have the kindest most caring staff I have ever run into. Previous to this community, my friend was in a community we liked much less. We are liking this community so much better. I feel like they treat me and my friend like family. The care giving staff is super caring and loving. The staff is specifically trained to assist those with memory loss, and they do a terrific job with it. They also offer a ton of activities available for the residents. I would recommend them to anyone. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a great job with protecting the residents. They have done everything they can to keep everyone as safe as possible.

The facility is nice but way overpriced for the care that most of the residents receive we moved our loved one out to a nearby facility and saved thousands per month with better one on one car and the meals were much better!!

My mother is absolutely thriving at the Lighthouse at Lincoln. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is so easy to communicate with the staff members with any questions or concerns. My mother can be a picky eater, but she absolutely loves the food there. When she first moved in she was a late riser and did not do much, but now she is the first one to get there and is participating in activities. The staff treats her with such kindness and they communicate in a way that she responds to all of the positive attention that motivates her to enjoy life. Although she has only recently moved in we have talked to other residents who have been there for years and they have no complaints. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

They do offer daily programs and the staff encourages the residents to attend these. The food is good, healthy and they offer some variety of options. They keep the community clean. The staff are efficient, have good attitudes and a good quality of training. The community is well managed and that is reflected by the well trained staff. I would recommend this community.
