Costs
All of the essentials, plus
a fulfilling lifestyle.
Your monthly rent delivers so much more than living essentials and amazing care. Consider the value of a vibrant social life, an environment of learning, culture, and wellness, the security of a 24-hour team, and the chance for you to be yourself again.
We believe in transparency and our rates are inclusive. For assisted living/personal care and memory care residents, we offer seven levels of care tailored to individual needs. Rates for these apartments include level one care, should you need more care, it can be provided at an additional fee.
When considering costs, it’s important to think about day-to-day expenses, but also the big picture: happiness, being social, independence, health and overall quality of life.
The monthly costs of living in our community encompass more than just your physical living spaces and the premium service you’ll receive.
Your monthly rent includes three healthy (and delicious!) meals per day, prepared by professional chefs, a full-calendar Engagement Program focusing on education, culture, wellness, excursions and fun, complementary transportation and the joy of connecting with friends and neighbors who live just steps away.
All of this is not to mention the comfort of 24-hour security, knowing that our friendly staff is always there to bring a smile and a meal should you be feeling under the weather and the ability to rediscover the things that you’re passionate about; a chance to feel like yourself again.

Unfortunately, because each resident’s circumstances and care needs are unique, we can’t provide specific answers. While we can’t give you specific or individual advice, we can provide you with the information and resources. As the information below indicates, if you qualify your rent may be deductible as an itemized medical expense and deductible from taxable income, to the extent it exceeds 7.5% of gross income.
