The LCB Senior Living team has roots that go back to 1994, and includes some of the pioneers in modern Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Living in the Northeast. Established in 2011, LCB is distinguished by its insistence on the highest caliber of hospitality and service for residents and their families, guests and all others who interact with our communities and associates.
This commitment to service colors daily life in our communities—whether they be new buildings that we construct, legacy communities that we acquire or the communities that we manage for third-party owners. It is also embodied in our Emerald Suite Concierge Services, and in the other key pillars of our company: the highest standard of resident care, professional-grade culinary services (Everyday Gourmet), thoughtful and intelligent resident engagement events, clean, welcoming buildings and every aspect of the experience that we provide.
LCB is further characterized by a company culture focused on family—the family that we work with, our families at home and the family of residents and their loved ones who surround us. In fact, the “LCB” in our name is made up of the initials of the founding partners’ children. Our culture also puts a premium on hard work, accountability and commitment, while promoting collaboration, mutual respect, work-life balance and a community of “associates” rather than “employees.”

LCB’s leadership team, led by Chief Executive Michael A.
