History
LCB Senior Living was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts. With a focus on building and acquiring high-quality senior housing communities and portfolios, the company has expanded from its original Massachusetts communities to locations throughout the Northeast. In that time, LCB has grown to be the 2nd largest assisted living provider in New England and expanded into the mid-Atlantic.
Prior to LCB’s founding, the company’s principals and many senior executives were part of Newton Senior Living, which was established in the mid-1990’s and grew to become the 16th-largest assisted and memory care living company in the United States. LCB’s core team has been involved in the construction and/or management of more than 75 senior communities throughout the eastern United States.
