Costs

It's a great place. Clean , organized and my dad is well taken care of.
All I can say is we were at another facility for a year and the resident is 100% better. The only thing I can't attest to is the activities because unfortunately my loved one doesn't participate in the activities and didn't at the other place either, but our experience here has been overall positive. We were desperate to get out of where we were because it was so awful. Everything looked good here and now that we've been here since the middle of December, it has been good.
Everything was a 5 except for dealing with their billing department and when I was having an issue with her medication management. We picked this community because of the woman, [name removed] that we met with, it does not have a confusing layout, the size of my loved ones apartment is great too, and it's close to my home.
Staff is very friendly and always available.
My grandmother has felt comfortable here from the beginning.

My friend has moved into The Residence at Cherry Hill. I like that they watch the patients more carefully. She has her own little apartment. There's no microwave or stove in there. The place is small enough for her but still enjoyable. She is in there for assisted living, but she'll soon be moved to memory. It's very clean. They have a gentleman who comes in at least once a month, and he sings the old songs that they like, and they get up and dance. There are several activities for her to do to try and keep her mind as alert as possible. The staff is good. They're excellent staff. They're less expensive than some of the places that I've seen. And some other places weren't as clean.
We chose The Residence at Cherry Hill because it is close to my house, the facility is clean and staff are friendly, and also comparatively it was a lower price. There is also a good number of men and some Jewish residents.
I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah at the Residence at Cherry Hill while seeking care for my mother. From the moment we walked through the doors, Sarah's kindness and genuine concern for the residents were evident. Her exceptional qualities as a caregiver and advisor left an impression on me.
Sarah possesses a rare blend of professionalism and heartfelt compassion. Her dedication to the well-being of the residents is truly commendable. Throughout our conversation, her warmth and welcoming nature instantly put us at ease, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. Her genuine interest in understanding our needs and concerns regarding my mother's care was both comforting and reassuring.
What struck me most about Sarah was her wealth of knowledge and willingness to do whatever we needed to support my mother. Her expertise was evident as she patiently answered all our questions, offering insightful guidance and support every step of the way. Her explanations and detailed advice made the decision-making process smoother for us.
More than just being informative, Sarah's caring demeanor shone through in every interaction. She didn't just discuss the facilities; she spoke from the heart, demonstrating a deep understanding of the emotional aspect involved in choosing the right place for a loved one. Her empathy and genuine care for the residents were palpable, reflecting her true passion for her work. She not only greeted all the residents but demonstrated that she knew each individual personally as she spoke to them.
Based on the experience we have had so far, The Residence at Cherry Hill seems to be well run with friendly and expert staff members working there. We would recommend this community to other families
I find the staff is very insightful regarding my sister's care and have been supportive in helping me navigate conversations with her, especially Amy, the Director at Reflections. Quick response to her medical needs very good. However, sometimes follow up is not as expeditious as I would like regarding my sister's personal care needs. Overall, I am satisfied.
