When deciding on a senior living option, there are many things that contribute to the value you receive for your monthly rent. The Cottages
The Cottages at Otter Creek is a distinct community of beautiful, freestanding homes arranged throughout a quaint, tree-lined neighborhood. Independent Living residents in The Cottages enjoy two-bedroom homes that feature a modern open concept, private patio, two baths, a sunroom, attached garage, washer/dryer and beautiful views of the Green Mountains and surrounding Champlain Valley. Though completely private in nature, The Cottages give residents full access to the amenities of the Otter Creek campus.

This is a wonderful place for my brother to live and thrive. The food is great and they are happy to have family come join him for meals which is really nice since travel with him can be challenging. There are plenty of daily activities M-F and special music programs and shows/discussions in the evenings. They also have a wonderful shuttle service that brings him to/from church on Sundays and will take him to any appointments during the week. They have a big zero entry pool for water aerobics and the room and water are very warm and comfortable. The staff here are top-notch. Friendly, professional, and very flexible depending on each individual resident. The management is always there and very responsive. We are very happy with our decision to move him to the Residence at Otter Creek!
Such a wonderful place. My mother loves the staff, the building and the setting in which they are placed are exceptional. Lovely comforting and caring staff. Fabulous cuisine, great programming. Truly is an amazing envirnment for my mom. Thankful I live in this town so close by. Can't sing the praises enough.
5 on all categories. The cost would be prohibitive if he was there for very long. He never got to do any activities so we never got to feel the full value.
It is lovely. If you can afford it, it is a great place to live and create community. We picked this community because of the availability of memory care space and proximity to my home.
