I can’t say enough about the exceptional care my father has received since moving into the Memory Care neighborhood, Reflections at The Residence at South Windsor Farms.
The entire team, thoughtfully led by their Memory Care Director, is truly dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for residents. Her flawless communication has been a highlight for our family—she provides daily updates, keeping us informed about my father’s well-being and any changes. It’s clear that she and her team take the time to understand each resident’s unique needs, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
The activities offered are thoughtfully designed to keep residents mentally and physically engaged, and the staff’s attention to detail is remarkable. We’re so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and consistency shown by everyone here. It’s a comfort to know my father is in such capable, compassionate hands. Highly recommend!
Debbie Batista was very kind and helpful. When it was determined that this facility was out of our price range, she referred us to a more appropriate complex.
Some of aides get to know their patients liked and dislikes. They know my mom loves music so sometimes they go in singing to her. They have a new memory care director who is also very sweet and cares about all the Residents. They play music in the hallway sometimes they will find mom swaying to the music.
Overall we really like it here!
Management likes to tout its food program as its star. It is true, they offer a true restaurant experience for residents with plentiful options including steak and seafood plus many delicious desserts. However as a son who helped his parents with their choice to move in, I’d argue their nursing team is tops both for their communication with me and compassion for my parents. They don’t have an easy job, but they always seem to be smiling. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with all of the staff.
This is the best assisted living community out there, bar none.
It is expensive but knowing that she's safe, well fed, medical care, is worth it all and more. It took her 3-4 months to get acclimated. She was use to her own home, own car and going where ever and when ever she chose. For 3-4 months other than meals she stay in her apartment. Now we call and she's too busy to answer!
My sister and I moved our father into The Residence at South Windsor a month ago after being sorely disappointed with another location that we had him in for 6 months. The difference was immediate and drastic in nothing but amazing ways! The staff is amazing and truly worked with us to understand Dad’s likes, dislikes, and personality. They have gone above & beyond to treat Dad with the utmost respect and kindness. They allow him his alone time and are quickly learning the activities that he will thrive in. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with The Residence. Our only regret is that we didn’t move him in there to begin with.
Debbie has been extremely helpful with the process of getting my mom an apartment at The Residence at South Windsor Farms. She is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, a big reason why we chose this community.
This community is absolutely lovely, not only does it feel like home, but the residents and the entire team make you feel welcome, like you are a part of the family! I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and the communication with the sales Director Debbie! She goes out of her way to answer all of your questions and puts your mind at ease during a very stressful time. I have visited other communities and I can honestly say that I see a big difference with LCB. I love the fact that they have open campus and that memory care residents can enjoy the rest of the community and engagements with other residents! Clearly, they are just a step above any other community I have seen! I couldn’t be more happy and I highly recommend making an appointment to see Debbie!!
I would love to tell you that the smile Linda Nelson at the reception greet me with every time I walk in to the building is precious. Beth Pulford from activity always go above and beyond and is so enthusiastic with the work she does. Felisha Osborne in the office is always accommodating and helpful. Last but not least, the exceptional work from nursing with Ki Ki and KATianne made this facility a wonderful place to be at.

I recently moved to the community and found it to be a very warm and accepting place. The executive director is extremely welcoming and one feels very comfortable in the community. The employees of the community have shown great effort and loyalty. I would recommend the residence to anyone who may be in need of assistance.

Mom and I tour The Residence at South Windsor Farms this week. The 1 BR was very spacious compared to other communities. Plenty of activities and the staff was very friendly. We ate lunch in the dining room. What a menu!
Deb was a fabulous guide. Top 2 as we try and make a decision.
I love how it felt warm, and inviting the moment I walked in. It has an upscale, boutique feel, yet the people were so down to earth. Perfect for individualized attention. Great place to have buisness events too!

I visited this community as I was searching options for my dad. The community had a sign to welcome me for my visit which I thought was very nice. The community was clean and bright. A nice woman helped a resident read a card she got in the mail that day. It was a nice feeling to know that they go beyond their normal duties to help the people who live there. The sales director was very nice and able to answer all my questions. My dad is looking forward to moving into his new apartment!
I stopped into the Residence at South Windsor Farms to look for memory care options for my mother-in law.
I’ve seen many options in the area today and what resonated the most with me when making this difficult decision was the friendliness of the staff, the feel of the neighborhood, the residents were clean, well taken care of and out and about. [name removed] the sales director was so kind, caring, and listened to my concerns. I also met the nurse [name removed] who made me feel safe, and that she would be well cared for when we’re ready to make a decision in the next month or two on placing my mother-in-law.
I visited and researched several assisted living communities before visiting The Residence at South Windsor Farms.
The residents and employees were so welcoming and KIND. I knew this was THE place for our sister to call her new home.
The physical facility is always clean and inviting with exterior and interior decorating changing with the seasons - like a private home.
My sister moved in with a very complicated medication regime. I can’t say enough about the nursing professionals going above and beyond to make things work for her. You rarely see this kind of dedication today.
Our whole experience has been a large group of people- our new “family” who have been welcoming, kind and professional to us and our sister.

The staff at The Residence at South Windsor Farms was incedibly helpful when I was in need of locating a place for my mom after Rehab. Mom could not go back home alone and I had 48 hours to move her from the Rehab facility. The Social Director at Rehab suggested to look into The Residence at South Windsor Farms. We were elated with the tour of the facility. They had everything in one location and the apartments were beautiful! Everyone there is so helpful and a pleasure to work with! We are so glad to have found this fantastic facility.
