LCB Senior Living to Assume Management of Maple Ridge Lodge and Maple Ridge Memory Care in Essex Junction, VT
The assisted living and memory care campus will be renamed Maple Ridge, and will include Maple Ridge Assisted Living and Maple Ridge Memory Care, effective April 1, 2026
ESSEX JUNCTION, VT (April 1, 2026) – LCB Senior Living, LLC (lcbseniorliving.com), the Northeast’s fastest-growing senior living provider, has announced that it is assuming management of Maple Ridge Lodge and Maple Ridge Memory Care, located in Essex Junction, VT, effective April 1, 2026. The communities will be renamed Maple Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care Campus.
In a joint statement, LCB co-Chief Executive Officers Danielle Breton and Tim DuRoss said: “We could not be more thrilled to welcome these two fantastic communities to the LCB family. Both are exemplary in their quality and care, and are a wonderful complement to our other Vermont communities in South Burlington, Shelburne and Middlebury.”
Essex Junction, located in Chittenden County, is a charming city just east of Burlington, minutes from the University of Vermont and Burlington International Airport. Its proximity to Vermont’s largest city offers convenient travel along with abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation, including scenic walking paths, parks, hiking, skiing, and lakefront activities on nearby Lake Champlain—excellent for staying active year-round. LCB Senior Living now operates four senior living residences across Vermont, including The Residence at Quarry Hill, The Residence at Shelburne Bay, The Residence at Otter Creek, and Maple Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care Campus. The Maple Ridge campus, which is operating at roughly 90% occupancy, includes approximately 140 assisted living apartments and 50 memory care units — highlighting both strong demand and a robust memory care program that stands out within the LCB portfolio.
