LCB Senior Living Announces Promotions of Key Leadership Roles
Karen Foley named SVP of Operations, Amanda Polzin promoted to VP of Sales, Sam Jackson and Kimberly Johnson promoted to VP of Operations.
NORWOOD, MA., May 14, 2026 – LCB Senior Living, a leading senior housing provider with more than 40 communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, today announced a series of executive leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s continued growth and long-term investment in leadership development across operations and sales. The promotions include Karen Foley to Senior Vice President of Operations, Amanda Polzin to Vice President of Sales, and Sam Jackson and Kimberly Johnson to Vice President of Operations.

Karen Foley has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations after serving in several leadership roles during her tenure with LCB Senior Living. Since joining the organization in 2017, Foley has helped lead sales strategy, occupancy growth, and operational performance initiatives across LCB communities, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. In her new role, she oversees operations companywide, and is responsible for advancing LCB’s business objectives, while driving profitability and long-term growth
Amanda Polzin, formerly Regional Vice President of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Since joining LCB in 2016 as a Corporate Sales Specialist, Polzin has held several leadership roles focused on occupancy growth, sales strategy development, and team performance. Recognized in 2022 with the Mass-ALA Sales and Marketing Excellence Award, she has been instrumental in fostering a strong sales and marketing culture across the organization. In her new role, she will help lead companywide sales strategy and support continued growth initiatives across LCB communities.
Sam Jackson has been promoted to Vice President of Operations after serving in a variety of leadership roles since joining LCB Senior Living in 2015. Jackson began his career with the organization as Executive Director at The Residence at Salem Woods, where he oversaw day-to-day community operations and resident experience. He later transitioned into broader operational leadership roles across the organization, supporting community performance and operational initiatives across multiple properties. As Vice President of Operations, he will continue providing strategic operational oversight and leadership across LCB’s northern communities.
Kimberly Johnson has also been promoted to Vice President of Operations from her previous role as Regional Vice President of Operations. Since joining LCB in 2017, Johnson has held several operational leadership positions, overseeing community performance, business development initiatives, budgeting, and team mentorship. In her expanded role, she will provide operational oversight for communities across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
